The Gallelli Investment Team, a seven person team, has sold over $2 Billion in retail, office, industrial, multi-family and land.  Gary Gallelli, team leader and founder, understands product type not only through a broker’s eyes but through a developer’s eyes as he and his family have purchased similar properties and taken them through the development, lease-up and sales stages thus providing a unique understanding of this product type.
 
We propose a marketing plan that will conclude in a successful sale within an efficient time frame of the listing agreement being executed.  The property will be distributed via direct mailing through our extensive investor database and property tax records to investors throughout Northern and Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington.  We will also use such email marketing sources such as Real Capital Markets and Property Line which email to both investors and brokers.  We will utilize the major listing services such as CoStar and Loopnet. The Gallelli Investment Team prides itself on always involving the brokerage community in every listing opportunity to facilitate a sale, as one never knows where the most qualified buyer may come from.
